This notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors to agriturismolebosche.com and of anyone who contacts us or requests a stay. It is provided under Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018 of the Republic of San Marino on personal data protection and, for users in the European Union, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of the request, automatically logged by the servers hosting the website for security and operation.
  • Data you give us: name, e-mail, phone number and message content when you e-mail us, call us or contact us on WhatsApp or social media.
  • Booking and quote data: the “book now” and “request a quote” forms are run by the Beddy booking engine, which collects on our behalf the data needed for your stay (name, contact details, dates, guests, any payment data).
  • Data collected through cookies and similar tools, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • Answering your requests and handling quotes and bookings – pre-contractual measures and performance of the stay contract.
  • Complying with legal obligations (e.g. guest registration, tax and accounting) – legal obligation.
  • Keeping the website secure and working – legitimate interest.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns and showing third-party video content – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • SiteGround – website hosting, with servers in the European Union.
  • Beddy – booking engine and quote requests.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Ads (conversion tag), fully active only after cookie consent.
  • Vimeo – playback of the panoramic video, loaded only after cookie consent.
  • Advisors and technical suppliers who help us run the website and the business, bound by confidentiality.

Some providers (Google, Vimeo, Meta for WhatsApp) may transfer data to the United States; such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Data is never sold or disclosed.

How long we keep it

Contact and quote data for as long as needed to handle the request and, if no stay follows, for no more than 24 months; booking data for the periods required by tax and public-security rules; browsing data only as long as strictly necessary for security.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent by writing to info@agriturismolebosche.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of the Republic of San Marino or, if you are in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.
