Borghesi’s gardens in the city centre of San Marino

Discover San Marino’s most beautiful gardens

Also called “Lovers’ gardens”, Borghesi’s gardens are San Marino’s biggest green lung.

They are named after their designer, Bartolomeo Borghesi, a famous archaeologist and numismatic expert from Santarcangelo.

Their trails in the middle of nature is the ideal place to take a stroll, play or just enjoy some well deserved relaxation at any age.

The gardens are often home to public events on summer evenings and wellness appointments such as yoga and meditation classes.

Borghesi’s gardens also offer you a striking view of the ancient Parish church, and feature an old water tank dating back to the XIX century.
